The wellness, well-being and experience landscape at the Alpenhof leaves nothing to be desired. Step inside and leave your everyday life behind. In our "Sauna World Alpenhof" you can unwind and forget the stress of everyday life.
Our sauna world is open daily from 11.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. for you - however, it is reserved for our adult guests!
- Wooden servant's sauna
Finnish sauna. Made of old wood with a lot of love. With a temperature of 90 degrees and average humidity of 10 %, this type of sauna is the classic sauna.
- "Sweat room"
Soft sauna with 55 degrees temperature and 50 % relative humidity. With vitalising fragrances and light therapy.
- Physiotherm infrared cabin
Gentle low-temperature cabin for optimum heat penetration.
The Alpenland is also home to the heated loungers and our two "Lauben" - small, private relaxation areas. You will also find the showers here, including the adventure shower with tropical rain and icy rain.
The refreshing plunge pool and the drinking fountain with fresh Grander drinking water from our own spring invite you to enjoy Alpenhof's sauna world.
Our steam pyramid awaits you here. With a temperature of approx. 40 degrees Celsius and saturated air of over 100 % relative humidity. The gentlest form of sauna.
Here you can also make an "infusion" in the form of a brine mist. The brine clears the airways - take a deep breath!
Loungers are also available in this area - guarded by our two lions. Get fit and rest!
Here, our tea oasis with fine teas invites you to relax at the tea bar. These teas are of course free of charge.
Or relax in our bamboo loungers. let your energy flow!
Refreshment can be found in our plunge pool, which is constantly flowing with fresh water. Or cool off in the spacious open-air room - ready for the next sauna session!
