How quickly will I receive a response to my request?

We usually get back to you very quickly – mostly within a few hours, but no later than 24 hours. If it takes longer than 24 hours, please feel free to ask – by email, phone, or WhatsApp – whichever you prefer. 😊

Do I need to know all the details before I ask?

No, not at all. If you're still unsure about room category, length of stay, or any additional requests, simply write down what you have in mind. We'll then help you and put together suitable options.

Can I request multiple rooms or different room categories at the same time?

Yes, that's easily possible. It's often particularly useful for families or groups of friends. Simply indicate this in the form – we'll take it into account when preparing your offer. Generally, we're happy to offer different room categories in several variations.

Is it still worthwhile to make an inquiry if I'm not 100% sure whether I'll actually book?
