Farmer's Autumn
The Farmer's Autumn in Filzmoos
The festival week - the highlight of the agricultural year is autumn. When the animals come back from the Alm, the harvest is in. Time to give thanks, time to celebrate.
Life is a celebration - even on the Alm.
The Bauernherbst festival takes place on September 21, 2025,

Carriage Rides
Autumn at the Alpenhof
During this time, in addition to our regular in-house programme of our “Mountain and Hiking Experience”, we warmly invite you to enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride to the Hofalmen.
Autumn is the season of the Farmers’ Autumn – many festivals take place in September, culminating in the highlight of the Farmers’ Autumn, the Filzmoos cattle drive (Almabtrieb).
And at the end of the season, we give you one holiday day for free:
Guests departing on 01/11/2026 who have stayed with us for at least 5 nights or longer
