Are there rooms with a balcony? If so, which ones?
All room categories include a balcony except for one - the Mitterspitz rooms.
The Mitterspitz category is located on the ground floor, which comes with its own advantages.

How large are the rooms and suites approximately?
Our single rooms Rettenstein are just over 20 m².
The double rooms Mitterspitz, Dachstein and Zirbenstein are around 30 m².
The junior suites Edelweiss are just under 40 m².
And the Torstein apartments offer as much as 60 m².
Plenty of space for comfort, relaxation and quality time with the family.

Are there special offers for longer stays or seasonal packages?
Yes, we regularly offer summer and winter specials, as well as packages for hikers, winter vacationers and wellness enthusiasts. Just have a look at our summer deals and winter offers.
For stays longer than 14 days, we kindly ask you to send us a direct inquiry. This way, we may be able to offer you a better deal than the ones available online.

How can I check room availability and book directly?
The easiest way is through our booking tool directly on the website. You can also send a request via the inquiry button or through WhatsApp. And of course, you can always call us.
Direct bookings are always the cheapest with us. If, due to an error, this should ever not be the case, just let us know — we will match the difference.

Can I request specific room preferences, such as floor or location?
Yes, we always try to accommodate individual wishes — whether it’s a quiet location, a specific floor, or a balcony with a particular view. Just mention it when booking or sending your inquiry.
