For children up to 2 years of age, we charge €10 per day. Children aged 3 to 6 receive a discount of 60%, and children aged 7 to 15 receive a discount of 40% on our prices. These children’s discounts are valid when two full-paying persons stay in the room – or, in the case of a single room, when one full-paying person stays.

We offer increased children’s discounts during the summer holiday period as well as in winter in February and over Easter.

Our thanks to all regular guests: From the 4th private stay of at least 3 days, we grant a 3% discount on the room price and from the 10th stay with us, a loyalty discount of 5% on the room price. Increased discounts are available during the Stammgastwochen. Thank you very much for your loyalty!

Our standard board is Half Board Plus. All prices on this website are calculated on this basis. The Plus includes

 

• Lunch soup and afternoon cake
• Guided hikes and outdoor activities
• In-house activities such as schnapps distilling, wine tasting, etc.
• All taxes and charges such as local tax and mobility contribution

If you would prefer standard half board or bed and breakfast, we are happy to prepare an offer. The above services are then not included and will be charged separately.

Pets are allowed, if they are house-trained and can behave calmly, even when left alone in the room. However, we must charge a fee of € 20 per day. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and in the bathing area. In our Zirbenstein room, no pets are allowed. A maximum of one dog is allowed per room!

On the day of arrival, the room will be ready for you from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:30 AM.

Hiking equipment: As a premium hiking hotel, we are happy to provide hiking poles, rain protection, and backpacks free of charge upon request.

Hiking shoes: Most of our guided hikes go over forest and meadow paths or scree - to participate in our guided hikes, you need ankle-high hiking shoes. For your own safety - even if you are hiking alone, we recommend these ankle-high hiking shoes. These can also be rented on site.

Bath towels and bathrobes are available free of charge.
Bath slippers - Disposable slippers can be purchased from us.

Local tax - this is €2 per day and person. This and all other taxes and fees are already included in all our prices with halfboard-plus.

When a double room is occupied as a single room, it is charged as for 2 people, minus €30 empty bed compensation for the unoccupied bed. When the 'Alpenhof' apartment is occupied by fewer than 4 people, the minimum price is as for three adults.

Payment can be made on site, either in cash or with an EC card. As well as with credit card - here we accept VISA or Eurocard.

Our house, the rooms, the restaurants, and the bar are non-smoking areas.
Smoking on the balcony or terrace is welcome.

For cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival, a €100 processing fee will be charged. For cancellations closer to the date, late arrival, or early departure, 2/3 of the travel price will be charged.

We would be happy to take out travel cancellation insurance for you. We are happy to inform you.

We request a written booking - also via the contact form on this homepage. We always confirm each booking in writing. A booking is only finalized once you have received the confirmation. This applies especially to telephone bookings as well!
